In person training

This is our one on in person personal training .This will take place in a park our a fitness facility I allow the client to choose .This is the best kind of training because your trainer is rite there with you pushing you making sure your form is always good in person motivation is best .

How it works

  • You will receive 10 one one personal training sessions best used at least twice a week.aPrior to our first session and if you have no health issues that have been uncovered during your health screening questionnaires set up our shaping session that does not count toward your sessions.It is used to get you prepared for your program. Communication is important and remember we are in this together.
